1. How to make sure the calibration is performed successfully?
Use a well-balanced calibration wheel. After calibration leave the wheel on, run the wheel in Dynamic mode several times, and apply random weight both inside and outside. Check if the machine show the weight and if the weight is always at 6 o'clock position. (Please contact us if you need operation video)
2. When working table doesn't turn, how to determine if the problem comes from gearbox, motor or switch?
Disconnect belt and see if the motor can run properly. If not, test the motor itself to see clockwise rotation and anti-clockwise rotation. If motor running properly then the problem is the switch.

3. How does the wheel balancer work? What are the functions of the main components?
Piezoelectric sensor get "vibration" signal and send it to CPU. Encoder board get "position" signal and send it to CPU. CPU calculate imbalance based on these signals, wheel dimensions and balancing mode. (Please contact us if you have more questions on this topic)
