Shipping Policy

This policy is applicable to all available countries. Please ensure that you are clearly aware of our Shipping Policy and accept the content herein before ordering.

1. Working Hours

(GMT+8:00) China Standard Time 9 AM – 5 PM, Mon-Friday

2. Order Processing

Orders often get processed within 24 hours after payment cleared between Monday to Friday. Weekend orders will be processed next Monday.

Any order that has been placed or paid after the normal working hours will be processed on the following day.

3. Shipping Method

Orders are typically shipped out via FedEx/UPS. Contact us for your preferred shipping method at any international locations.

4. Shipping Cost

Most of the orders will be shipped free with full insurance for additional protection. Contact us for detailed shipping fee prior to ordering.

5. Shipping and Delivery Estimates

If you choose to pay by Credit Card, your order will be billed within 24 hours. We ship in-stock orders within 3 business days the day you placed it, but there are situations where it may take longer. The items will usually be shipped out within 3-7 business days after we received payment. If you have ordered multiple items with different delivery destinations, you may receive separate order shipments. Delivery will typically take 3-7 business days depending on your destination and the shipping carrier.

In the event of any shipment not being fulfilled or shipped out after label creation, shipments exceeding 10 business days have the option to choose order cancellations or partial refunds. When encountering with force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed but your order will be processed in a fast manner when condition permits. We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit so ensure you have the correct shipping address on your order prior to making payment as this is the address we will ship to. We are not responsible for any return shipping cost if the product was placed a wrong address after order has been shipped out. Please see Return & Refund Policy for more details.

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, if the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us at info@cautop.com within 3 business days after receiving shipping. Specify any visible damages as clear as possible as this will assist us in processing your damage claim with the delivering carrier.
