Q: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
A: We own a factory by ourselves and we also help source products that we don't produce but wanted by our customers.We have import and export trade license.
Q: Where are you located? Can we visit you?
A: We are located in suburb Ningbo. It's only within 4 hours ride from Shanghai.
You are very welcome to our company for a visiting tour. This definitely helps establish mutual trust between us.
Q: Do you provide samples for our testing?
A: Yes, we are happy to provide samples with a very moderate charge including shipping if you like us to do it for you as it's actual cost for us. But to help save some cost for you, we are willing to share that cost when you actually order the same model from us at a later stage. We can discuss how to share the sample cost in actual cases.
Q: We are small companies, can you help with the design?
A: Yes, we have professional tech guys with us, we can discuss how to help.
Q: How about your quality control? How do you make sure the defect rate is minimized?
A: Basically, we have a QC team on our own. And for a regular shipment, there'll be at least 5 rounds of inspections in the different stages before exworks.1 preproduction inspection on the materials, 2 in-production inspections by both random checking and end of each processing checking to make sure the current processing comes out with a good unfinish product, 1 full-scale inspection during packing and 1 random check after the packing. Only those pass these tests will leave our factory.
Q: Do you provide shipping and insurance services?
A: Definitely yes, we have our own forwarders working with us for many years. They have advantages in offering good shipping cost and professional service in shipping. If you prefer to use your own forwarder for shipping, be our guest, we are more than happy to help save your cost by doing the deals on exworks basis.
