6.Mast Section Composition
The standard section of the tower crane consists of four independent steel frames. The four-beam type steel frame is connected together by a hinged hole bolt to form a standard section. Each type of steel frame is composed of a main limb, a fishtail plate, a diagonal web, a connecting plate and a gusset plate. At least two diagonal rods are fixedly connected on each side of the main limb, and two diagonal spars are not connected with the main limb. One end is fixed and connected by a connecting plate, and the connecting plate is connected with another connecting plate of two inclined webs at the corresponding position on the steel frame. With this structure, the standard section is easy to transport and easy to disassemble. At the same time, the overall structural weight is reduced without affecting the structural strength and normal use of the crane.
