The Robotic arm RV cycloidal pin wheel reducer transmission gearbox is a new micro precision cycloid and circular gear reducer developed and manufactured by WEITENSTAN together with German and Taiwan technicians for many years.
The reducer and the robot RV reducer is the same cycloidal structure, but the high precision micro cycloidal reducer only uses one level of deceleration structure, minus the back of the two planetary deceleration, such a design makes it have smaller, ultra-thin, lightweight at the same time with high rigidity, overload resistance and high torque characteristics. With good deceleration performance, can achieve smooth operation and precise positioning. The integrated design can be directly connected with the motor, realizing the advantages of high precision, high rigidity, high durability and so on. It is designed for the application of high speed ratio, high geometric accuracy, low loss of motion, large torque capacity and high stiffness. The compact design (minimum outer diameter ≈40mm, which should be the smallest precision cycloid reducer in the world at present) makes it can be installed in a limited space, and the inertia is small.
