The material of outside shell is SUS441 and 444. The foil material of inside is OCr21Al6, and the thickness is 0.1mm. Compared to ceramic substrate, the metallic substrate has good heat conduction advantage. The honeycomb metal substrate for precious metal coating, our technology can make sure the low loss rate.
