LLY-25/32C series manual nozzle/fuel dispensing gun with flow meter (abbreviated as oil-filling gun) is a meter used to measure the volume flow rate of liquid passing through the pipe. It is suitable for measuring gasoline,kerosene fuels and alcohol base liquid fuel etc. The meter has such advantages as high accuracy and convenient and flexible use. As long as there is a height difference of 2m to 10m between the liquid level of measured medium and the meter, it can operate normally without any additional power source.

2.Measured medium: dedicated to gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil. If the medium is alcohol based liquid fuel, the readings of flow meter shall be corrected. (Components with reference to the national standard of the People's Republic of GB16663-1966).
3.Convenient operation with attractive figuration.
4.The handle is delicately designed, with balance stress, conforming to human engineering, flexible in operation. Particularly, it can be effectively prevented stopping the nozzle by Careless operation.
5.Configured with tempered glass on the counter, the manual nozzle is suitable for complicated environment measurement.
6. The volume flow rate of liquid passing through the pipe aggrandized, when the adjustable screw was turned clockwise.
Main structure and working principle
The manual nozzle with flow meter is composed of Counter, metering chamber, handle unit and main body etc. four parts. Among them, The metering chamber is composed of core rack, impeller, worm wheel and worm. The main body is composed of meter shell, oil inlet and outlet tank and valve mechanism etc.
Grasp the bending handle and put into gear when the valve opens, the liquid will pass through the oil tank and flow into the metering chamber, and under the action of liquid, the impeller will produce torque to rotate. The rotation speed of impeller will be reduced by worm wheel, worm and gear, and driven by the magnetic coupler; the electronic digital displayer will carry out calculation, so that the volume quantity of liquid passing through the pipe can be read out.
