Convenient operation
This product is independently developed by combining the advantages of advanced hydraulic trailers from Germany, France, and other countries all over the world making the product more user-friendly.
It is welded with Q550D extra-thick steel plates. It has a box-shaped structure, high strength, is not easy to deform, and can carry relatively concentrated loads. The splicing surface of the frame is processed as a whole using a gantry-type machining center, with more precise dimensions and no gaps in the splicing surface of the frame. All spliced hoses are numbered and visible, which reduces the error rate for customers during the splicing process of vehicles.
The rear of the vehicle adopts an integrated design, with taillights, operating boxes, warning signs, and other
equipment integrated, which is both beautiful and can protect hydraulic hoses and warn vehicles behind.
The frame pipeline is optimized, and all pipelines adopt fully automatic CNC bending to ensure pipeline consistency.
Precise steering, small turning radius
The steering system has been optimized to make steering more precise and solve problems such as steering dead spots.
The trailer's hydraulic and pneumatic pipelines adopt quick plug connection methods for quick splicing. The hydraulic
suspension cylinder block is made by hanging cylinder technology and has high strength. The cylinder connection and
sealing forms are the same as those of Goldhofer and Scheuerle seals, all of which are foreign famous brand products. The
stop valve adopts the form of an imported famous brand ball valve and is quick to operate. The maximum turning angle in the first round is 55°, and the vehicle's turning radius is small.
