Quick Assembly Split Coin Cell For Battery Material Testing
In order to solve the problem of material testing in the battery R&D process, our company has successfully developed the button battery test module. The battery mechanism is shown in Figure 2 .When the button battery is assembled with a cathode electrode, a separator and a anode electrode, and directly sealed in module by a spanner, and can be directly taken out from the glove box for testing the discharge performance .After the discharge, can be directly removed, all parts can be reused, easy to observe the condition of internal material after discharge.
USING INSTRUCTION:
1,Put the spring into the assembly under module, adjust the length to moderate, such as figure a show; |
2, Put the assembled button in the glove box, such as figure b show; |
3, Assembled the PTFE gaskets and sealing gaskets on the upper cover,put into the upper module, such as figure c show; |
4, Tighten the whole. Remove from the glove box and install on a test stand. |

A: Our system R&D based on integrated development view. when you get the machine, just need to connect it with the electrical power, then machine can be working. because the English software were installed in this machine. What's you need to do is only learning the software usage, and the complete English user manual will be coning to you with the machine.

Q5: What certificates do you have?
A. Since Europe and America are our main markets. all of our products are with CE /FCC compliant For some models, the certificates are already available. For other models, we will need your assistance to apply the certificates.
