1.6.1. The TT537 framed carriage adopts the proven power shift transmission + drive axle drive system, which can adapt to the change of driving resistance with different gear ratios, so as to achieve stable traction and arbitrarily small. Driving at a higher speed, improving the passing performance of the vehicle under poor road conditions; such as high-speed operation of flat road surface, low-speed full-pushing torque of muddy road, free running on slope of 16° (semi-slope start performance), meeting vehicle tractor Conditions and conditions of transport conditions. This is especially important for high-quality pallet trucks that are often operated in harsh underground environments and have high reliability.
1.6.2. Central articulated connection provides pivoting of the articulated steering relative to the front frame. The uniform distribution of the weight of the whole vehicle is realized, ensuring that all the tires are kept in contact with the ground at all times, maximizing the traction of the whole vehicle and having superior stability.
1.6.3. Load-sensing steering hydraulic system eliminates power loss due to excessive oil supply to the steering oil passage, improves system efficiency, and provides smooth steering.
1.6.4. Fully enclosed multi-plate oil-cooled integrated brake that acts directly on the wheel. The system uses a "spring brake, hydraulic release" brake system, which is safer and more reliable (because the brake is braked immediately if the oil pipe is broken or the oil pressure is below a certain value), the service life is long and almost no maintenance is required. The forced cooling system ensures effective braking and deceleration performance when the vehicle is carried downhill for a long time.
