Product Description
- Since 1988, it has provided the indicator diagram load sensor, drilling-log special sensor, salvage panel meter and drawwork sendor for oilfields;

1. Function
1.1 well diagram monitor: indicator diagram, current diagram and power diagram;
1.2 diagram parameter monitor: maximum and minimum loads, stroke, times of stroke, degree of balance, etc.;
1.3 maintenance: remote configuration of working parameters; remote monitoring of working and health status; remote update of application program.
1.4 data interface: The standard Modbus RTU or custom protocol RS485 interface is used to connect the data equipment of other third party; for example, it is used to connect the circuit protocol converter of the third party in the measurement application between valve banks; or it is used for frequency converter equipment at well site.
1.5 Wellhead parameter monitor: oil pressure (or manifold pressure), casing pressure, wellhead temperature, etc.;
1.6 power monitor: three-phase current, three-phase voltage, active power, power factor, etc.;
1.7 control of oilwell: remote well opening, well closing, complete voice warning before remote well opening and closing;
1.8 alarm monitor: alarm for well stopping and opening; three-phase current unbalance alarm, voltage default phase alarm; power failure alarm (optional function); security alarm (optional function);
2. Features
2.1 for monitoring well conditions of beam-pumping unit well, belt type pump well, screw pump well, electric submersible pump well, water injection well (or water injection valve interblock), water source well, etc.;
2.2 indicator diagram acquisition controller of N (N≤22) oil wells (including water injection valve interblock) shares one set of RTU for well group to actualize production data collection and remote control of the independent oil wells; RTU for well group and independent indicator diagram acquisition controllers realize communication and management through SMSF (or ZIGBEE) local digital wireless communication network; it is applicable for monitoring the infill well group where oil wells are relatively centralized (within a visible range of 300m; considered as one well field), Changqing oil field and oil well are typical example;
2.3 field-oriented application design with high protection grade; the indicator diagram acquisition controller adopts the explosive-proof enclosure design;
2.4 sensor, traditional industrial grade product, stable and reliable; the active power supplying is used to satisfy the demand for real time and highly frequent acquisition cycle of indicator diagram;
2.5 load, angular displacement, pressure and temperature adopt the unified system standard signal an the two-wire system of 4~20mA; parallel transmission of power supply and signal, self-adaption of wiring polarity;
2.6 power acquisition controller is used to realize in real time the power parameter collection, start and stop control of pumping unit motor through highly reliable industrial grade data communication bus ----- CAN bus;
2.7 indicator diagram acquisition controller and power acquisition controller have the DO and DI interfaces designed for remote start and stop control of the pumping unit;
2.8 communication interfaces with several systems;
2.9 calibration; the professional indicator diagram measuring function check tool (SM40YBC type indicator) is used to actualize comparison and calibration of online system of indicator diagram measuring function according to the principle of standard force transmission;
