The sewage suction truck adopts the vacuum pump of the sewage suction truck leading in domestic technology, with large suction force and long suction range, especially suitable for suction, shipment and discharge of silt in the sewer, especially the sewer slurry, silt, gravel, bricks and other larger objects.
(1). The sewage suction hose is pumped into the sewage as deep as possible to ensure that the pipe end is always below 300mm from the liquid level during operation.
(2). Push the four-way valve handle perpendicular to the ground.
(3). Hang the transmission into neutral gear, then start the engine, separate the clutch, pull the power take-off switch backward, that is, hang the gear to take the force, and the vacuum pump starts to run.
(4) Open the in-cab toolbox, pull out the loudspeaker switch, and turn on its power.
(5) The operator can pass the observation mirror on the upper part of the rear cover, when the liquid level reaches the middle of the observation mirror, the driver should be notified, and the colleague should quickly pull the sewage suction hose off the ground or close the four-way valve. Under normal circumstances, the transmitter will emit sound and light signals at this time, the driver receives the signal should reduce the throttle, push the power take-off switch forward and unmount the gear, the vacuum pump stops moving, presses the incoming loudspeaker switch, and cuts off its power supply.
(6) Close the gas tank straight-through plug rotary handle plate parallel to the axis of the inlet mailbox.
(7) After flushing the hose, put it back in the carrying box, close the side door, and make the boom face above the cab.
(8) Close the anti-overflow valve so that its handle is perpendicular to the road axis.
(9) Drive the sewage suction truck away from the work point.
