For the screw home elevator, we only need1300mm for the overhead and 50mm for pit, the speed we can make to 0.15m/s. Screw ploatform home elevator has Aluminium alloy shaft with tempered glass. Screw lift advantages: smal size, beautiful appearance, light weight, flexible operation, without machine room and counterweight. It also can be customized with more options for ceiling /cabin floor/handrail and so on.
1. What is screw elevator?
Screw elevator is an elevator that is motivated by an electric motor and operated by a screw. The motor is connected to the drive nut by a belt, while the nut gear into the screw perfectly. As long as the electric motor starts working, the drive nut begins to rotate around the screw, which allows the operation of the elevator. Such operation mode ensures the high security of the elevator. If any unexpected incident such as power failure occurs, the resistance generated by the screw will slow the descent velocity of the elevator down, providing a safe and steady landing experience.

Screw Drive Princple
Screw elevator drive princple
The screw elevator adopts the motor as the power source, the motor is connected with the nut through the belt, and the tooth triples of the nut are engaged with the tooth triples of screw. When the motor is working, the driving nut moves on the screw to drive the platform move up and down.
The motor is connected to the nut through the belt, and the nut and the tooth are meshed with the screw tooth.
When the motor is working, the drive nut moves on the screw, thereby driving the platform to move up and down.
