For the home elevator ,we have 3 types :
1.traction home elevator :the speed we can make to 0.3m/s, 0.4m/s, 0.5m/s ,and there are 4 kinds of decoration for the cabin : wooden cabin, glass cabin ,hairline stainless steel cabin , titanium cabin .We can also produce by customers' requirements (OEM).
2. steel belt lift: this lift is special for small shaft/ hoistway to use the speed we can make to 0.25m/s .The shaft /hoistway is made by tempering glass .And it's convenient for wheelchair to enter .The pit is 200mm and overhead is 2700mm
3.screw lift :the speed for screw lift is 0.15m/s, and it is suitable for elders and disabled people ,the opening width is easy for wheelchair to enter , the pit just 50mm, overhead is 1300mm.
We also have many options for the ceiling, floor, handrail ,landing doors ,COP &LOP
1. What is screw elevator?
Screw elevator is an elevator that is motivated by an electric motor and operated by a screw. The motor is connected to the drive nut by a belt, while the nut gear into the screw perfectly. As long as the electric motor starts working, the drive nut begins to rotate around the screw, which allows the operation of the elevator. Such operation mode ensures the high security of the elevator. If any unexpected incident such as power failure occurs, the resistance generated by the screw will slow the descent velocity of the elevator down, providing a safe and steady landing experience.

Product Description for screw lift
Compared with traditional elevator, the advantage for screw elevator is as follows
1. Cost is 20%~40% lower than that of traditional lift

4. Shaft space is 1.2*1.5, unnecessary for shaft and machine room.

8. Pit is only 50mm, unnecessary to dig for pit
