The trace-less vulcanizing machine is developed to maximize the service life of tires and recycle them. Its three ironing heads, upper mold, lower mold and side mold, are designed according to the shape of the tire. The mold can be replaced according to the needs of use, so it has a good effect on the repair of the sidewall, crown, and shoulder of the tire and the rupture, especially the effect of the sidewall wound is more unique.
The temperature of the upper mold, lower mold and side mold of this machine can be adjusted arbitrarily from 0 to 180 minutes, and it is easy to operate. It is suitable for repairing tires of various cars, off-road, and small and medium-sized trucks.
