Composition of AdBlue
A) AdBlue is the urea catalyst especially used for diesel engine. It is harmless, tasteless and having no danger. It is very safe and can be operated conveniently.
B) The active material of AdBlue-urea, is made by natural gas.
C) Urea is a kind of white crystal power. It is existed commonly in the environment. It is a kind of stable and harmless material, having no limit on storage and transportation.
D) The density of the AdBlue is required to be 32.5%.
Using of AdBlue
The most important part in SCR converter is AdBlue. Before it is transported into the catalyzing converter, it has been transformed into ammonia by hot exhaust gas. The ammonia and nitrogen oxide which is of the catalyzing converter generate the chemical reaction, transforming into nitrogen and water, so as to reduce the emission of nitrogen-oxidation compounds and particles. At the same time it can also prevent the further global warming.

Performance
1. It is the NOx selective catalytic reducer, composed by 32.5% ultra-pure urea and water. It is suitable for all SCR systems of European IV and V emission diesel engines.
2. It is transformed into nitrogen and water by generating the selective catalytic reducing reaction with Nox, so as to reduce the emission of nitrogen-oxidation compounds.
3. The SCR technology can effectively decrease the oil consumption as well as the emission of nitrogen-oxidation compounds.
