This series of dumb waiters use button control ,they are widely serviced for Hotel,Hospital,Bank,enterprise dining room,Library,Kindergarten,Factory,Shopping Center,Post Office and so on. The Structure of the Dumb waiters are made of Steel Frame and Stainless steel Elevator car.It will be much more convenient and much easier for the clients because the Dumb Waiter has its own machine room,the clients will not need certain room for the traction machine,they also don't need embed the holder when designing the hoistway.The Dumb Waiter could be your best choices due to its stable structure and running system.All the elevators we provide are completely based on GB 25194-2010 and EN8.1-3-2000 all the design,producing and installation. Dumb waiter is table type,the door open manually .The material of the lift car,landing door is Food grade stainless steel hairline.This series of elevator has large volume,the dining car could be put into it,it is also easy to be taken out. The main engine transmission adopts high accuracy worm geared ,with the character of small volume,light weight,high transmission efficiency,running stable,convenient installation,longer using life.The brake is controlled by DC110V,double coil,Bilateral brake arm,with the advantages of lower noise,longer brake torque and stable brake.
The control system of this series of dumb waiter are Microcomputer frequency modulation and voltage control,which change the elevator speed form single speed to infinitely variable speeds,so that the elevator can moved as the rated route to achieve better landing accuracy.Due to the adopt of VF technology,the running speed increase to 1.0m/s for the original 0.4m/s,by which it achieves higher efficiency and more convenient,more stable and more energy-saving.
