With an internal normal open micro-switch, foot pedal throttle EFP-001 offers control function for electric vehicles. Typically the throttle switch is used for feeding the control signal (B+) to direction changeover (forward / reverse) contactor for making sure that the electric motor will only be powered on after the throttle foot pedal is stepped down. It is an effective design for avoiding the accidental movement of electric motor, when the throttle initial output is not neutral (0Ω).
The foot pedal of throttle EFP-001 could be fixed at on either side of the two ends of its rotating shaft, offering easy access from different mounting angle. An installation kit (2 x M8 bolts nuts and washers) is provided.
