A: Actually we think samples are not very important. You can buy from anywhere. But we think our cargos will be better than any others. Samples will be 20% higher than the cargo.
Can I add my logo to the elevator parts?
A: Yes, OEM and ODM are available for us.
But you should send us the Trademark authorization letter and there is min quantity limited
How can I get the after-service?
A: We will send you the spare parts for free if the problems are caused by us.
If it is the men-made problems, we also send the spare parts, but you should pay.
Do you have inspection procedures for elevator parts?

What is the delivery time of the parts?
A: Mostly Standard parts we have stock we can deliver after your payment is confirmed. For the non-standard or can not stock parts we can deliver 5~30 days.
How to book the parts?
A: You can email us to discuss the details after confirming we will make PI for your side and when you receive the PI pls confirm details by email. and then the payment confirmed we will prepare your order at once.
