This low-profile car ramp is designed to help lowered chassis cars lift up, then you can put the hydraulic floor jack under the cars. If you want to change oil directly by only using the car service ramp, we recommend you choose the regular height car service ramps.
How to make sure your lowered car can drive up without touching the front bumper.
(H) = Front ride height, The distance between the ground to the front bumper.
(L) = Front ride length, The distance between the front-wheel ground touchpoint to the front-bumper head end.
a. H > 78 mm, No problem.
b. 68mm < H < 78 mm, and L < 590 mm, No problem.
c. 68mm < H < 78 mm, and L > 590 mm, You may not drive up without touching the front bumper.
d. H < 68 mm, Then you need to do this (For example, H = 60mm):
1. Calculate the requirement of the front ride length: L = H/tan0( 8.6 ) = 60mm/0.15 ≈ 400 mm.
2. Measure the real front ride length L.
If L < 400mm, No problem.
If L > 400mm, You may not drive up without touching the front bumper.
