Q:What is the power supply?
A: DC 12V/24V/48V
Q:What is the installation method of your outdoor unit?
A: Three different types as below:
- Chassis Series (Fixed on the chassis)
- Hide Series (The compressor and condensing fan assembly are separated, suitable for more vehicle models)
- Household Series (Space needs to be reserved in advance)
Q:Is there built-in booster device inside your DC 48v unit?
A:No. Our fan motor and compressor are all DC 48v directly powered.
Q:Is your air conditioner with R134A pre-charged?
A:Our Chassis series is with R134A gas pre-charged. What you need to do is only vacuum the pipe, open the valve, that's it.
Q:Is your pipe shock absorbing type?
A: Yes, R134A Special automotive grade.
Q:What is your warranty?
A:Compressor 2 years, other A/C parts 1 year.
Q: What about the spare parts?
A: During warranty period, we provide old-for-new service. If the order amount over USD20,000.00, we provide 1% value parts free of charge.
Q:How many hours can it last if I have 12V800AH lithium battery?
A: 12V800Ah equals to 9.6KWH, the rated power consumption of our DC 12v series is about 700W (0.7KWH), so it can last at least 12 hours. But if this battery shared by other electric Appliances, the actual endurance time is depends.
Q:Can we connect your air conditioner to vehicle generator directly?
A:Can not. Because the vehicle generator is not stable power source, easy to cause air conditioning failure.
Q:Can I make negative ground (car beam) connection?
A: Can not. It needs to be directly connected to the positive and negative electrodes of the main power supply.
Q: My on-board battery is DC 12V, can I choose your DC 24V/48V air conditioner?
A: Yes.You need 60A DC 12V to 24V booster or 40A DC 12V to 48V booster.
Q: If I keep your air conditioner running, will it affect my vehicle normal start?
A: Will not. Low voltage protection is set in our factory. The low voltage protection for DC 12V is DC 10V, DC 21.5V for DC 24V, and DC 41V for DC 48V. There is "Voltage" button on our remote controller (refer to our manual), low voltage protection settings can be modified. But, before modification, please check your vehicle's minimum starting voltage, avoid too low adjustment to affect the normal start of the vehicle.
Q: During the installation, can I lengthen the power cable?
A:Not suggested. Better contact with us for longer power cable. Self lengthening may cause poor contact, thus make the air conditioner unusable.
Q: Do you have bigger cooling capacity unit or with heating function?
A: Yes, under developing. Coming soon......
Q:Can you design the installation size according to our RV structure?
A: Yes.
