PA 6 is one of the most widely used engineering plastic materials in the current field of application. It can be used in the manufacture of bumpers, seat frames, headlights, fans, radiator grilles, instrument panel brackets and other accessories in automobile accessories industry. It is also widely used in textile & clothing, home appliances, electronic appliances and packaging industries because of its good toughness, high tensile strength, good elasticity and adjustable lustre properties.
When application require lower water absorption, better low-temperature impact toughness and better dimensional stability, the most common method is to add glass fiber (GF) to modify PA 6.
To use Glass fiber reinforced PA 6, the most important consideration is the ratio of Glass fiber added. Higher the Glass fiber content, number of Glass fiber per unit area will be increased and hence a thinner PA6 matrix between Glass fiber. This change the mechanical properties such as impact toughness, tensile strength and bending strength of the Glass fibre reinforced PA6 composites.

Our 1050G is a 50% glass fiber reinforced injection molding grade Nylon 6 (PA 6), which can be used for injection molding for parts with high rigidity and dimensional stability.
This product has excellent mechanical properties including high mechanical strength, high modulus and good toughness. It also provides good chemical resistance and heat resistance so can be used for parts in harsh environments. It is very suitable for applications in electrical engineering field, construction industry, electrical appliance casing and automotive industry.
This product is supplied in dry state, generally cylindrical granules and packed in moisture-proof bags. The standard packing is 25kg bags and other forms of packaging can also be provided.
The product is normally come in black color and can be further modified to fulfill different requirements such as Anti-UV, Flame retardant modified and etc.. We also supply Glass fibre reinforced PA6 composites with different GF content (10% - 50%).
