Description:
1. TPS series gearbox is a drive device designed to match with co-rotating parallel twin screw extruders.
2. The gears are manufactured by way of carburizing quenching hardening, and gear grinding. Its precision is up to grade 6.
3. Thrust bearing with over-specification is mounted on the front end of hollow output shaft to accommodate screw back pressure forces. The whole unit is small volume, high carry capacity, stable drive, low noise and high efficiency.
4. Gear is made by high strength and high quality alloy steel, carburizing quenching after precision grinding, precision level is above 6 (GB/T 10095-2001), large capacity, high efficiency, low noise.
5. Material of case is make of ductile cast iron with high quality, after casting full stress, high intensity of the case body.
6. All high-quality skeleton oil seal, oil seal and mechanical seal with double seal of high speed shaft, oil leakage rate is low.
7. Lubrication of high reliability, low operating temperature, convenient daily maintenance.
