Description :
1. SZ-L series conical twin-screw extruder gearbox is a special mechanical drive device designed to match with conical twin-screw extruder.
2. The device decelerates the speed and increases the torque of the power from master motor through gearbox before exporting it to the long shaft of distribution box that drives short shaft through a pair of slender cone screw gear with drive ratio of 1: 1. Long shaft and short shaft drive short screw at thesame angel as screw to extrude high quality products in the way of different direction and outward turning.
3. This series gearbox is designed according to the standard of ZBJ-9009-88.
4. The gears and axial parts are made of high strength alloy steel.
5. The gear goes through the process of carburizing quenching heat hardening and gear grinding to achieve the precision of grade 6. The toorth surface hardness is HRC54-62.
6. The distribution box is made of ductile iron. Thrust bearing is choesn high strength self-aligning thrust roller bearings,and it can bear larger axial thrust.
7. Conical gear material is 20CrMnTi and carburizing, The gear hob cutting by CNC hobbing ,the cone angle accuracy is much higher than other processing methods.
8. All oil seals are imported products. Transmission box and distribution box are equipped with cooling coil, for lubricating oil cooling.
9. Due to the accuracy of the product gear, the bearing configuration has a new improvement over the traditional products, so its overall performance is better than the current product.
