TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS -
1. The load capacity of input shaft of pinion of gear box is more than 300N.M torque.
2. The load capacity of output shaft is more than 877N.M torque.
3. Flexible rotation, NO jam.
4. All parts with full load, after continuous operation 100 hours, no damage and no oil leakage.
5. After assembly, with no-load, test by 2MPa air pressure, no air leakage.
6. The exposed parts of input shaft and output shaft of pinion is packed by oiled paper, which is not allowed to drop and rust.
7. Use L-CKC150 medium load gear oil.
8. Flat key conditioning HRC25-28.
