which is designed for single screw extruder with thrust block. The design of gearbox
adopt JB/T9050.1-1999.

carburizing, quenching and heat treatment. It has high precision(6 level), high
hardness(HRC54-62) and low transmission noise.
2.Gearbox equipped with thrust block with high bearing capacity, reliable performance

3.Gearbox equipped with forced feed lubrication and cooling system.
4.ZLYJ series gearbox adopt 6 face processing, including horizontal installation and vertical installation.
