The reasons for skidding and incomplete separation of the clutch plate include improper clearance and the following points:
A. clutch plate and the driven pulley and the pressure between the internal and external pressure plate is not enough, make not tightly on the clutch plate and cause slip, if the clearance adjusting bad check the surface of the plate and push plate whether level off, whether have damage, generally they contact should reach more than 80%, to make two pieces of clutch disc normal contact, there will be no skid phenomenon during operation, otherwise the clamp or push into the tray must be considered such as spare parts, to avoid deformation of clutch plate burning, and other parts damaged.
B. Improper assembly may easily cause the contact surface between the clutch plate and other parts to be less than 80%. At this time will also make clutch disc grinding deviation or broken. Therefore, it is required to carefully check the flatness of each part during assembly, and observe whether the parts are concentric during the test run, so as not to cause wear of the middle pressure plate and inner gear ring.
