Installation Guide:
Wrap the cover tightly around the frame.
Secure with the 4 Velcro strips that are across from one another
Attach the Tshaped bracket to the frame and secure with the 2 (smaller) black knobs.
Secure the remaining Velcro strips around the bracket.
Attach the Lshaped bracket to your scooter's universal receiver under the seat and secure with clevis pin and screw knob.
Place the covered frame into the Lshaped bracket and secure with the Clevis pin followed by the last black knob.
