Our bus seat is very comfortable for passengers.
The exclusive modified polymer material injection endows the seats with good ultraviolet resistance, shock resistance, weather resistance and high flame retardant level.
By using vacuum gas injection molding process and introducing the new European model style, the seat with good flexibility has a softer and thicker seat pad which is modified by plastic injection. In case of water flushing, it is not easy to be transformed and damaged. It will be convenient for later service and replacement. We have made a long-term cooperation with Yutong Bus and Jinlong Bus.
The seat adopts humanized design. The angle between the chair back and the chair surface is 103°and the backrest is high and comfortable so passengers will feel comfortable when they take a seat. Seat colors can be randomly deployed according to users' needs.
Thickened seamless steel tube is used in the seat frame; steel plate is adopted in the backrest and the base at the corner on both side, and the back and the bottom part is welded of steel strip, so as to enhance the strength of the seat. Professional tensile test shows that the seat can endure the pull from front and back up to 500kg, far more than the national standard. It is convenient to install the feet of the chair because they can be adjusted at any place.
We can put on the waterproof advertising board on the back of the seat if consumers want to gain the advertising revenue. The advertising board uses the PC injection molding so it is not easy to be deformed due to its good toughness and strength.
