1. Product description
S103Y is a micro metal oxide semiconductor gas sensor based on MEMS micro hot plate technology, used to detect hydrogen sulfide in the oral cavity. The production of the sensor combines MEMS silicon substrate technology, thin film technology, thick film technology, metal packaging technology. When the sensor is in a polluted gas environment, the conductivity of the sensor changes with the concentration of the detected gas in the air. The higher the concentration of the gas, the higher the conductivity of the sensor. Using a simple circuit, the change in conductivity can be converted into an output signal corresponding to the gas concentration.
