In internal combustion engines, variable valve timing (VVT) is the process of altering the timing of a valve lift event, and is often used to improve performance, fuel economy or emissions.
The powder metallurgy parts in VVT are grinded simultaneously at both sides by Double Disc Grinding Machine, which ensures the product precision and smoothness in operation. The shell and the gears are near net shape after precision forging. High-frequency quenching enable high product hardness too. 1. What are your packages?
The standard SORTECH branded products are packed with brand plastic bags and/or boxes, then in carton boxes. However we provide products in neutral boxes or plastic bags as well. If you have extra requirements on customized package, make sure discuss with the sales representative for details.
2. What are your payment terms?
TT 50% deposit of product total is required to place order. Balance in full is due upon completion. Once the balance is paid, we will schedule delivery.
3. How about your delivery time?
In general, it takes 15 to 30 days after receiving your deposit. The accurate delivery time may vary on products and the quantities.
4. Can you produce according to the samples?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
5. What is your sample policy?
We can supply sample if we have stock, but our customer will have to pay the sample as well as the courier charges. We will return the sample cost in your future order.
