Phenomenon three: oil consumption is large, exhaust blue smoke or black smoke, and power down.
Causes.
1. the gap between the piston and cylinder wear too large, the oil fled into the combustion chamber and was burned off.
2. In the process of air being sucked in by the supercharger, the air flow encounters greater resistance. (such as air filter blockage, air intake hose is sucked deformed or flattened, etc.), the pressure at the intake port of the compressor is low, resulting in oil leakage into the compressor, with the compressed air into the combustion chamber burned off.
Treatment methods.
1. check whether there is oil in the wall of the inlet straight soft tube, whether it is flattened, so that the airflow is blocked or the air filter element is blocked.
2. If there is oil in the pipe mouth and pipe wall, the air filter element should be cleaned or replaced.
Metal friction sound
Phenomenon: black smoke from the exhaust, power drop, and a strange sound from the supercharger.
Cause.
1. such as metal friction sound, is the supercharger rotor bearing or thrust bearing wear too much, impeller and supercharger shell friction and produce.

1. insufficient lubricating oil pressure and flow.

b. Insufficient lubricating oil to keep the rotor journals and bearings floating between them.
