Q:Can you send me manual or video?
A:Yes,we will send manual together with package,and you can find video on youtube,just write "cnebikes" to search.
Q:Can it be checked at the airline's gate with a mobility impaired customer's wheel chair?
A:Don't worry,This product is in the allowed range.
Q:Is there anyway to limit the speed less than 12km/h?
