Oxygen sensor collect the data via a ZrO2 ceramic chip which is centered in the sensor prob. It is covered by metal prob shell to protect direct damage from contaminate and heat of the exhaust gas. The air of exhaust gas in the react chamber and fresh air from atmosphere would have a O2 density difference which cause the ZrO2 and Exotic metal plating to create a voltage difference. The chip will send the electronic signal to ECU for further calculation into a digital data.
We use individually packing bubble wraps for each sensor to provide secure production for our product exporting and prevent any damage during the lengthy travel. We would pack certain numbers of parts in one box to prevent over crowd. The outer box is than filled with cushion to reduce collision inside the box. We provide either neutral packaging or customized packaging as you need.
