This single cylinder air cooled 2 stroke 80CC engine is the latest model . This cylinder came out in 2019, but it is updated in 2020. Just like the most of the 48cc/80cc cylinders, the former cylinder was made by casting techique , but the current one is made by die casing techique. More aluminium material and advanced fabricating techniques help improve the quality of the new barrels. Except the barrels, all the parts like pistons, rings, clutchs and CDI have the good quality .
BT-80 motor is updated in 2022 year again . The quality of crankshaft and needle bearings are improved in order to guarrantee the stable quality of this motor . And BT characters are removed from the cylinder block as the request of the customers. When you purhcase BT-80 motors , you must be careful because some factories possibly are counterfeiting this motor .
