Once receiving your payment of sample and shipping cost ,we will send you samples immediately ,about  in 5 days for us to finish the sample.
and about the sample policy ,we will refund sample cost back to you with your order complying with our MOQ .

2.If customer will not place an order with our company could I get company's price list?
Yes ,please tell us the products (with their model number),quantity you are interest in ,then we will offer the price by e-mail.just contact us asap anytime you can feel free.

3.As for the payment policy and the payment term.
T/T :30% deposit , 70% balance against copy of B/L
L/C : Letter of Credit
Western Union or Paypal : it is used for samples or trial order

Manufacturer carry a 180 days even more days Warranty depending on different products,Maybe different parts of the scooters have the different warranty period.Battery for one year,mainboard is around 6 months.Our self-balancing scooters warranty
All products made in our factory are supplied with 12 months free serving.
1. Warranty period: 12 months for motor, 6 months for Motherboard, 1 month for tires, free repair.
2. Return policy (during warranty period).
The 1st-2nd month: buyer pays shipping to China and we pay return (from China to buyer's address).
When we return the products, we usually use China post airmail.
If buyers want faster, we can ship by DHL but buyers pay extra cost.
The 3rd-12th month: buyer pays both shipping cost.
