About Quality control system:
Our factory carry out 6S quality control system thoroughly.
1.We have a QC team supervise the workshop during the whole production procedure.
2.All the material and spare parts are inspected before accept by the warehouse.
3.The  workers inspect the material twice before the assembly line.
4.Finished products examed at the end of assembly line
5. QC would riding the hoverboard to inspect the function. And full-charged it.
6.The workers would check the product again before clean it and pack it.
7.The warehouse will check the quantity before ship the products out.

About the factory:
We are one of the first companies that manufacture the self balancing scooters in China.
The factory located in Wuyi county Zhejiang province near Ningbo port.
We devote to produce the safe and high quality products for our customers as well as control the costs. So we also produce some of the spare parts by ourselves which could cut down the cost.
Also we are one of the first companies that got the UL2272 certificate.
What does it mean to be UL2272 listed Hoverboard?
UL2272 Listed means that UL has tested represented Hoverboard samples of the product and determined that it meets UL's Requirement's These requirements are based primarily on UL's published and nationally recognized Standard for Safety which called UL2272.
Our UL2272 certified hoveboards are equiped with UL2271 approved battery pack and have the UL hologram sticker on the bottom of the hoverboard.
The plastic cover is fireproof  there is No risk of fire hazard.

Pack the hoverboard with Poly bag  Foam board inside the color box to protect the product during transportation           Hard color box   Carton box: made from Double&Triple  wall corrugated board with BMC marking.

The carton box was tested by ITS including:1. Heavy Metals  2.Stability  3.sealing 4.Compression Test  5.Edge Crush Test

Shipping:
Samples: For North American customers: Samples can be arranged from our US warehouse and you could receive the product within 3 days.
 For European customers: Samples can be shipped from German warehouse and can reach you within 5 days. 
For other countries: Send from our factory via DHL UPS or Fedex.

Bulk order: It takes about 15 days to produce the order and shipped via accountable shipping companies.
 
After- sale service:
We offer 0.3 % free spare parts and 1 year warranty for the product except the plastic shell and other consumables.
