FAQ
Q: Do you have any test for your tires?
A: Yes, we will test for any new tires before launch to the market until the quality is stable and reach quality standard, and we inspect every piece of our tires before loading.
Q: What about your quality warranty?
A: We are responsible and will respond within 24 hours if any quality claims, and will compensate according to our official quality warranty.
Q: What is your payment terms ?
A: 30% T/T in advance, pay the balance against the B/L copy, or L/C at sight.
Q: What about your delivery time ?
A: Normally,we will make delivery within 10 days for no more than 2x40HC, for large quantity order or in busy season, the delivery time depends on the specific production situation.
Q: What certificates do you have ?
A: CCC, DOT, ISO9001,ISO/TS16949,ECE,GSO,etc.
