Yes,we have R&D department,can offer OEM,ODM service if your order amount enough.

4. What shipping options are available ?

Orders will be shipped through major shipping carriers based on clients' choice.

For orders less than 200kg, customers usually ship by express like DHL, FedEx, UPS and TNT.

For big orders, clients usually choose shipping by air or sea. We can also ship through your shipping agent if you have one .

5. What is AURORA light waterproof rating?

IP68 and IP69K, the highest waterproof in the market.

6. Why need Dual-oversized heat sink?

It enlarge surface exposing in air, and keep LED running in low temperature .More effective and durable.

7. Can I get replacement if there is warranty ?

We have good reputation in the market for providing quality products.

In case there is warranty problem, please firstly send us photo and breather number.

Then our QC section take care of it very soon, and see if repair it or send new

8. The surface of AURORA lights is the glass?

It is not the glass, it is made of USunbreakable LEXAN, 300 times stronger than glass, 100% clear. It is very strong, anti-shock and anti-scratch.
