3.Can you do our logo or brand on the scooters?
No problem, if you order bulk of quantity more than 50 pcs ,we can do it for free,if you order less than that,we charge $150 for it at first,and you don't need to pay for it anymore in future order,when your orders reach 50 pcs ,we can refund this $150 to you.
4.Can I order some samples at first to see the quality?
No problem,but samples and shipping charge need to be charged fully
5.Can you deliver samples by DHL or Fedex?
NO ,Because electric bike are very heavy and usually super long commdity , the DHL or FEDEX international are extremly expesnive . it is very unwise to do that way . but we can delivery locally in the final part of destination place delivery .
6.Can you change configuration for me?
No problem,we can change configuration based on your request, but usually extra cost aroused .
7.What's your payment term?
Payment term is TT or LC at sight .

We can offer you some free spare parts of 1% value of order value, you can choose any spare parts from our list, but generally we advise clients to choose more electric spare parts( horn, alarm, converter, flasher, controller, bulbs), because compared to other parts, they have more chances to break down.
