It could read OBD parameters from car ECU and capture GPS data, driving behavior via the external RFID GPS Receiver (HT-196), and then transmit to the backend server for remote diagnostic and tracking purpose. Besides, the external HT-196 can also recognize the driver ID via RFID technology
