1. Price Inquiry: Please send us your inquiry for products made in China via email or message. We will provide you with a quote within 24 hours. Kindly include your company details and specific inquiry for better assistance.

2. Payment Term: We accept T/T or L/C at sight for payment. Small amounts are also available.

3. Sample Policy: Depending on the product, we can offer samples. Customers are responsible for the freight charges.

4. Customized Products: We have a minimum order quantity for customized products. If you meet the MOQ requirement, send us the drawing for cost checking and accurate pricing.

5. Shipping & Price Term: Both FOB/CIF/CFR price terms are acceptable. We work with reliable forwarders to arrange shipments for you.

6. Packaging: We use export standard cartons for packaging. If you have specific requirements, please let us know for further discussion.

7. Lead Time: Stock products can be shipped within 7 days. For non-stock items, the lead time is 15-30 days after payment receipt.
