Double drum winch

This winch is driven by hydraulic motor.
It consists of main shaft/ opening gears/ drum apparatus/ band brakes/ manual clutches/ frame and auto mechanical spooling devices.

Drum apparatus

It is consisted of main shaft, sliding bearings, drum. gear wheel etc.
The drum connect to main shaft by sliding bears.

Working principle of brakes:

Braking: While braking, the brake bank will be tightened by level plate through locking screw.
Brake releasing: Loose the locking screw; The brake band will be loose.
If the brake bankd should be replaced, remove all the pins and bolts on the brake band. The brake band will be divided into two parts and can be taken off from the upper side of hub. And at last replace the old bands.

Rated working load capacity and speed: 3tons x 30m/min ( the first layer )
