The bearings of the track inspection vehicle are high-quality products.
The wheels of the track oriented mobile track inspection vehicle are crane wheels made of full duralumin alloy. The hardness of wheel tread and inner side of rim is HB320-380. The wheel is a single flange with two bearing pedestals.
The material is 45 # steel with good mechanical properties.
The coupling is a drum gear coupling made of 45 # or 40Cr forged materials. The gear surface is quenched in a salt bath furnace. The coupling is characterized by efficient transmission, easy installation and maintenance. The straightness between the two shafts can be adjusted to ensure the stable operation of the trolley.
