About ratchet, 2 important points:
the Axle part is very important, after test, there is a deform demand by EN Standard. We use stronger material 40Cr Steel.
heat treatment is also very important, in ningbo, factory make the heat treatment outside.
the treatment factory will treat many different products at one time, can not control the temperture accurately.
We do the treatment ourself, So we can put our ratchet in good position and with accurate temperture. So the capacity is steady.
