1/ Be sure tube size is correctly matched to your tire size.Each individual tube is assembled with a heavy duty stem,nuts and one valve cap.Before inserting tube in the tire,the tire inner compartment must be carefully inspected to be sure there is no debris,cracks or other defects.
2/ Before placing the tire and tube on rim,the rim must be inspected to be sure there is no defect on deformity.Also,be sure that rim is not bent and has no rust loose or rough spoke heads or other sharp surface that could damage the tube or tire.Always use a rim strip to cover all spoke heads.
3/ Mount carefully.Fasten the nuts with a wrench.Do not use sharp tools such as a screwdriver,etc,that could hurt the tube or tire bead.For highway use,a rim lock is recommended safety
4/ When placing the tire and tube on the rim,great care must be taken to ensure that the valve stem is properly seated in the rim protruding for inflation and that the rubes is not caught nor pinched between the tire and rim.
5/ Once the tire and tube have been placed on the rim, ine the tube to 10 PSI then, deflate and check to be sure the tire and tube are properly seated on the rim.
Inflate the tube to the tire manufacturer's recommended air pressure found of the side wall the tire.The rim line must be visible all the way around both sides.
6/ Do not over inflate.Either case can cause the valve stem to separate from the tubes resulting in possible injury.Check air pressure on a regular basis.Also, check valves stem for leakage and tighten the valve core if needed.
