The low-noise centrifugal fan is a new type of energy-saving centrifugal fan with high efficiency and variable speed. It consists of an advanced multi-wing impeller, a logarithmic spiral casing, an adjustable speed built-in direct-coupled external rotor, a low-noise three-phase asynchronous fan. It is composed of electric motor, arc streamlined air inlet and other components. The fan is designed with double-sided air inlet, novel structure, small size, large air volume and small vibration. The voltage of the electric motor can be reduced with the help of a three-phase voltage regulator. It realizes stepless speed regulation to adapt to places where the air volume changes frequently. Fan features
1. The casing is made of high-quality steel plate with plastic-sprayed surface or galvanized steel plate without welding joints, and has a elegant appearance. Heat and moisture resistant, durable.
2. The impeller is a forward-inclined multi-wing arc blade, which is riveted to the front plate and middle plate. Its material is made of galvanized steel plate. In order to ensure the accuracy of the impeller, all parts of the impeller are stamped and formed with a mold at one time. After assembly, they are then statically and dynamically balanced. Therefore, the impeller has less vibration during operation and has good aerodynamic performance. Low noise and smooth operation.
3. The air inlet is made of galvanized sheet and processed by mold. It is installed on both sides of the fan. Its axially parallel section is curved, which ensures smooth gas flow and low loss.
4. Electric motor: It adopts an external rotor low-noise three-phase asynchronous motor. The impeller and the motor are connected by bolts and integrated into one body, thereby reducing the rotation loss and improving the overall efficiency of the fan. The fan can be adjusted with the help of a three-phase voltage regulator or a variable frequency speed regulator. the speed of the fan, so as to achieve the wind change of the fan
