The sewage suction truck is used for suction, loading and unloading of various liquid, semi-liquid, and sludge, feces, wastewater, mud mixed with suspended debris, small bricks, gravel and other media under various ditches. It can also be used for emergency treatment of sudden environmental pollution accidents. Make full use of vacuum technology, and the double anti-overflow pump device can better avoid overflow and extend the service life of the vacuum pump. The special part of the sewage suction truck consists of a power take-off, a transmission shaft, a vacuum suction pump, a pressure tank, a hydraulic part, a pipe network system, a vacuum pressure gauge, a feces viewing window, a hand washing device, etc. The truck is equipped with a high-power vacuum suction pump and a high-quality hydraulic system. 
The tank head is die-cast in one step, the tank can be opened from behind, and the double tops are self-unloading. The dirt in the tank can be directly dumped through the rear cover. It has the characteristics of high vacuum (greater suction than the fecal suction truck), large tonnage, high efficiency, and a wider range of uses.
Working PrincipleThe vehicle starts, the power take-off is connected, and the sewage suction pump is driven. The sewage suction pump operates to extract the air in the sewage tank. Since the sewage suction hose is always immersed in the liquid surface, the air in the sewage tank becomes increasingly thinner after being sucked out because it cannot be replenished, causing the pressure in the tank to be lower than the atmospheric pressure. The sewage enters the tank through the sewage suction hose under atmospheric pressure.
It has three functions: vacuum suction, pressure discharge and gravity discharge. The pipeline design is novel and advanced, which is easy to install and maintain, greatly simplifying the operation. The tank body is made of high-quality carbon steel or stainless steel, rolled into shape in one time, and uses high-quality paint. It goes through three processes: primer, mid-coat and topcoat, which not only ensures the quality, but also increases the aesthetics.
