YZG-800 Hydraulic Rail Bending Machine Application
YZG-800 double-hook rail bending machine is a special manual hydraulic equipment for 43kg/m--75kg/m rail bending operation. The
machine is made of special steel welded with reliable performance, compact structure, light weight and convenient dismounting.
1. Main structure
YZG-800 hydraulic switch rail straighter is mainly composed of frame, manual pump station, hydraulic cylinder, top rail block, hook rail arm, hook rail cushion iron and connecting oil pipe.
2. Working principle When the YZG-800 hydraulic tip rail straightener is operating, the machine is placed horizontally on the tip rail or ordinary rail, the top block of the hydraulic cylinder piston rod is aligned with the center of the rail waist of the tip rail or ordinary rail deformation position, and the hook rail arm is hooked tightly to the center of the other side rail waist. Lift the hand pressure pump rod, piston rod out, top block top tight rail waist, at the same time, both sides of the hook rail pad iron also hook tight rail waist, reciprocating lift the hand pressure pump rod, oil supply to the hydraulic cylinder, the system pressure increases, piston rod and top block thrust increases, under the support of both sides of the hook rail arm, the sharp rail or ordinary rail deformation, until the plastic deformation, the sharp rail or ordinary rail straightened or bent.
