YLS-900 hydraulic rail stretcher is suitable for stress release of CWR and laying of long rail, as well as thermit welding rail on track.During site construction, in a certain range lower than the locked rail temperature, the rail in zero stress state is forced to be stretched to the length when the rail temperature is locked, and then re locked or thermit welded rail is carried out.zmwm10YLS-900 hydraulic rail stretcher is a necessary tool for rail breaking repair, stress release and rail joint adjustment in sections for ultra long CWR. It is suitable for various types of rail from 43kg / m to 75kg / m.
